WEB APPLICATION DESIGN

This project served as the primary reporting dashboard and results from the central business units across the company. The unique aspect that this project presented to the team was to integrate the needs of top leadership, the abilities of the production leaders while aligning the expectations and limitations of shifting culture in the way that reporting was accomplished. The most significant accomplishment was the overall reduction in hours needed for various groups to crunch numbers, prepare presentations, and share them up the management lines. This project gave the enterprise a window into the company's heartbeat, giving the leadership more information for better-qualified decisions.

The Boeing Management System is a platform that provides a single source of truth for all of Boeing’s KPIs. It allows executives to analyze the financial and operational wellbeing of Boeing as a whole. The BMS platform optimizes business results through enhanced visibility, accountability, actionable insight, and analytics. Thus helping to guide critical decision making.

Charts and graphs on the platform are interactive and provide users with tools to annotate the charts and receive alerts when certain criteria are met. The platform also allows for users to message within the application, as well as build presentations and custom dashboards around particular programs.

My role on the project was to serve as the UX researcher, workshop facilitator and conceptual designer. I partnered with our team and IT Project Managers and Scrum Masters to prioritize our goals for each sprint against the backlog of user requirements.
